Work Out Bath Tea Blend is thought to be a great way to relax the body when you have sore muscles! This all-natural tea comes with a natural aroma.
Common Uses:
Bath Tub Soak.
Points of Interest:
Contains: Rosemary, Peppermint, Spearmint and Sage.
Directions:
Place tea in a bath tea bag and heat seal with a household iron.
To use this product: Place tea in a container or package that allows water to pass in out freely while retaining the tea. Place container in a warm bath. For added indulgence and aromatherapy benefits, try adding a few drops of aromatherapy essential oils to your bath teas.
Mix 1 cup of bath tea with 1 ml of Essential Oils or Essential Oil Blend. Toss until well blended. Package in bath tea bags.
