We can help you private label this product.
Gelled deodorant stick base with easy melt and pour properties. Vegetable protein neutralizes the enzymes that cause odor and converts them to a simple salt. Free of aluminum or bacteriacides. This vegetable based deodorant is both effective and an alternative to commercial deodorant products. Easily incorporate fragrance or essential oils to create a unique product.
Lead Times:
We require a minimum of 2 weeks for orders of 5 gallon or larger as these quantities are produced to order. This is an approximate lead time, not a hard guarantee.
In a double boiler, heat to 110-120F. Do not boil.
Add cosmetic colors (optional) and mix thoroughly. Pour a small amount into a clear container and wait for it to set for 20-30 minutes. Colorants tend to lighten as the product goes slightly opaque.
Add fragrance or essential oils, paying attention to IFRA usage rates for deodorant (IFRA Category 2). Typically, 1/2oz or 0.8% (by weight) for each 64oz is enough. Strength will vary on the type of scent and your preferences.
Pour into your choice of containers.
Propylene Glycol, Deionized Water, Sodium Stearate, PEG-200 Hydrogenated Castor Oil/IPDI Copolymer, Saccharomyces Ferment, Sodium Caproyl/Lauroyl Lactylate, Triethyl Citrate, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Glycerin, Stearic Acid, Sodium Anisate, Sodium Levulinate, Sodium Gluconate.
