Our skincare products/bases are Private Labeled to your specifications at point of purchase. This means that each time you select one of these products, we must pull all of the applicable materials and Custom manufacture that item for you. This ensures that you receive the maximum shelf-life out of every product you purchase from!

Orders consisting of NO SKINCARE PRODUCTS/BASES (i.e. fragrance oils, packaging, accessories, raw materials, etc.) will generally ship within 2-3 business days of purchase as they can be pulled directly from the shelf and do not require additional manufacturing. DUE TO SUPPLY CHAIN DISRUPTIONS CAUSED BY COVID19, CURRENT LEAD TIMES RANGE FROM 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. See homepage for current lead time.

Our goal is to process most orders between 48-72 hours of receipt. Depending on current inventory, processing time could be extended up to 10 business days. Exceptionally large orders can take 15 business days to process. We do not backorder items. If any of your order is currently out of stock and new stock is not en route, we will remove those item(s) and refund any difference in costs. Please contact our customer support for estimates on processing time.

Shipping times via your chosen carrier do not include processing time. The time it takes for you to receive your order is our processing time plus shipping time.
