Place tea in a container or package that allows water to pass in out freely while retaining the tea. Place container in a warm bath. For added indulgence and aromatherapy benefits, try adding a few drops of aromatherapy essential oils to your bath teas.
Mix 1 cup of bath tea with 1 ml of Essential Oils or Essential Oil Blend. Toss until well blended. Package in bath tea bags.
Directions:
Place tea in a bath tea bag and heat seal with a household iron. To use, place tea bag in a warm bath.

Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf, Mentha Virdis (Spearmint) Leaf, Rosa Centrifolia (Rose) Flower, Matricaria Recutita (Chamomile) Flower, Juniperus Communis (Juniper) Fruit.
