Please inspect all packages at time of delivery and, if damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us ASAP so we may process your claim. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking your order, leave the box and contents as is, save all of the packing material and contact us so we may arrange an inspection of the package and issue a claim. If the package was lost or damaged and shipped on our shipping account, We will handle the claim/loss information and re-ship the order to you. No Refunds will be provided. We will either issue a credit to your account or replace the order.
