How do I return an item?

Smell No Evil, Ltd and related sister divisions offer only the finest products available. All products are carefully chosen for quality and workmanship. If there is a problem or a concern with your order, please contact us immediately.

  1. Returns must occur within 10 days of your shipment receipt.
  2. Product must be unopened with original seal and unused.
  3. All saleable returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  4. Returns of products that do not meet these requirements (other than non-returnable items *see below for details) are subject to a 50% disposal fee as they cannot be resold to another consumer and must be disposed of accordingly.
  5. Return shipping fees are not reimbursable.
  6. Import/Export duties and taxes are not reimbursable.

We are not responsible for shipping delays and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses. Nor are we responsible for returns sent by non-verifiable methods. It is highly recommended you obtain a tracking number from the shipping agency you choose for your return!

  • Note: We do not accept returns on fragrance, flavor and/or essential oils.
  • Note: We do not accept returns on any custom scented, custom colored, custom packaged or otherwise customized products or product bases.
To return your order, please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have a return invoice number, return your product like this:

  • Place the original invoice (or a copy) inside the shipping box
  • Clearly PRINT the return invoice number on your shipping box
  • Ship the box by verifiable method (UPS or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation & Insurance) to:
