These push up tubes are specially manufactured with
SAN material. SAN is a material that is widely used throughout the
cosmetic industry and is considered to be resistant to greases, oils,
stress cracking and crazing. This is a top of the line container that
will make your product stand out.

Usage & Guidelines:

Almost everyone refers to this item as a "1oz push up tube" but the
reality is that the fill volume can vary widely. Some believe that this
item should be filled all the way to the top while others believe that
the customer should have to push some before using the product. Both
ways produce a different fill volume or weight. The actual product that
is being poured into it can also affect filling as some formulas have a
greater density or weight than others.
Filling Note:
To insure optimum performance of these tubes, the temperatures of the
ingredients poured in them should be 125 degrees or less. The cooler
the pouring temperature the better.
Pushing Notes:
These tubes are not meant to be pushed while empty. Pushing them while
empty will be very difficult and clumsy. The pushing "action" will
improve greatly once the tube is filled.
Labels:
The area available for labeling on this item is roughly 1 3/4" high by
4 3/4" long. It of course varies from person to person but this is
roughly the area you have to work with.
