This shower gel is very, very clear. It easily accepts color and fragrance. It is a popular base because it produces many slippery bubbles. Cocamidopropyl Betaine has been used in this base because it has antiseptic properties. (Antiseptic means that it prevents bacterial and fungal growth). This product has been formulated so that it may also be used as a Clear Hand Soap and/or Clear Bubble Bath. We recommend heating the base for better fragrance incorporation and easier pouring (do not boil). Allow your bottled product to cool with the top off (to prevent condensation). Product will rethicken upon cooling. Each fragrance reacts differently in the base. Test your formula to ensure the desired results. Notes: If bubbles are not white, you're using too much color. Product thins with too much fragrance.
