Description:
Strawberry Powder is Drum-Dried. Drum Drying is a process where raw strawberry puree is dried at relatively low heat over drums. This produces sheets of drum dried strawberries. These sheets are then milled to a finished powder. No preservatives or sweeteners, just strawberries! Drum-Dried Strawberries reconstitute immediately in water.
